Dear Club members
A reminder that the Club's AGM is scheduled for this coming Sunday, 19th November 2023.
Many of the current Committee are happy to continue in their roles should they be re-elected. If you want to volunteer for the Committee please let me know or add your name to the list in the clubhouse. There will need to be an election if you wish to stand one of the positions someone else is also proposed for. New club members may stand as ordinary members. A list of committee members’ roles has been on display at the clubhouse. Any nominees must have a proposer and seconder prior to the meeting (you must seek their agreement before nominating anyone).
At the meeting members will be asked to vote on a 'Club Person of the Year' and a 'Archer of the Year' (see my email dated 4th November for guidance).
The AGM is very important to elect the Committee and vote on issues arising so please make every effort to attend and give your input. If you are not able to attend, please send me your apologies for the minutes and also submit your votes for Club Person and Archer of the year.
Time is 9.00am for a 9.15am start.
Once the meeting is concluded a frost-bite round can be shot.
