Course Information

The club welcomes all people irrespective of ability. Beginners' courses are available for those with little or no experience of archery.

If you’re interested in joining Canterbury Archers having taken a beginner's course at another club, please contact us directly.

The minimum age for juniors that we can accept is 10 years old* and in order to comply with the Child Protection Guidelines all juniors, under 18, must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

All equipment is provided and should you wish to join the club, then advice on purchasing equipment is freely given. Our courses cost £60 per person and includes 10.5 hours of tuition spread over three Saturdays.

We will add individual and groups of participants together, normally to form a group of four for each target, so you will share with someone else.

Should you choose to join the club you will be offered a further session when you will be acquainted with club procedures and introduced to the members.
