Treasurer required

Dear members,

Our Club treasurer, George, has informed the committee that he has decided to stand down as treasurer and will also not be renewing his archery membership. He will complete all the end of financial year administration with the aim of handing over completely at the end of April (early May latest).

Therefore, we are seeking someone within the club to come forward and take on the role. George would meet with the new treasurer to talk through procedures and will also be able to offer support for a transition period.

If we cannot appoint a treasurer from within the membership, the club will need to employ an external provider for their services, which will of course have financial implications for the club.

We hope that you will consider whether this is something you might be able to support your club with. If so, please let me know or speak to a member of the committee and we will be able to discuss next steps.

Thank you in advance.

Kind regards,
