Borrowed club equipment

We now need to start preparing for the beginner courses which will start to be run shortly. If you have borrowed club equipment during the lock down period and we now need to ask you to return the same.

Please will you return all your borrowed equipment to Dave Clarke at the club on the following days:

He will be available on Saturday 22nd at the club from 9.15 a.m. and on Sunday 23rd, but more likely in the afternoon or late morning. Dave will also be at the club during the school half-term.

To avoid a wasted trip to the club house, please check the attendance list on the booking website for Dave's name, or alternatively contact the Club Secretary and ask for your message to be sent to Dave. Please email the Secretary if you envisage any problems.

Regarding your deposit - we can, subject to your agreement, destroy your cheque by shredding or return your cheque to you. For those of you who have paid in cash, George, Club Treasurer, can either send your money back electronically by BACS (just let George know your bank details) or collect the cash next time you see George at the club. Alternatively, you can opt to 'bank' the cash owed as a deposit against future shooting fees. You will have to advise George of your preferred option and if you wish to 'bank' the cash it will be up to you to keep track of the number of times you shoot. Again please contact the Club Secretary and ask for your message to be sent to George.

All returned equipment will have to be checked by Dave Clarke.

Many thanks for your co-operation.

Kind regards

Club Secreatry
