Dear All,

It is intended that the Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday 5th December in a spacious room at the Archbishops' School starting at 10.00 a.m. This will be followed by normal shooting on the field. Please note that we are not certain if the school will be providing chairs so you may have to take a club chair from the container when you arrive. At the meeting we will be voting for the Club Archer of the Year and the Club Person of the Year so please make a big effort to attend.

We will also be sending the Financial Report of the club out to you in advance of the meeting so that you have a chance to review the statement.

Some of you may have already seen the form on the Club House notice board listing the roles of club officials and committee. Please add your name to the list, or email me at to add your name for you, should you wish to become more involved in representing members and the organisation of the club. Please secure a Proposer and Seconder. All members, from the most experienced to the very newest, are eligible to stand. ‘New eyes’ bringing feedback, suggestions and ideas for developing all aspects of the club are very welcome so please do come forward and give it a try.
