Dates for your diaries

Now that we have a couple of months experience of shooting at the Archbishops' School the committee thought it would be a good idea for us all to get together for an informal meeting, which we have called an Open Forum Meeting, to discuss how the club is progressing and what you,the members, want out of our new site.

The school has allowed us the use of their drama room on the evening of Tuesday 6th November for a 7.00 p.m. start. The meeting will be chaired by Mark Jones, but the meeting is informal and anyone can voice their views so that the whole club can hear them and discuss the various points put forward.

Please make every effort to attend because this is your club and what you get out of it is what you put in. Your views are eagerly sought.

Please also make a date in your diaries for this year's AGM. We usually hold AGMs on a Sunday morning at the club house, but at the moment this is not possible due to size and the local church hall is in use on Sundays. However, the school has again allowed us to use their drama room, this time for the evening of Tuesday 27th November with a 7.00 p.m. start.
